Screen Height

Post by leitzscope »

Forgot to mention in my earlier post: as I approach OAP status I find buffetting and wind noise harder to bear when doing a 500 mile stint at 100+ (rumour). I'm about 5ft 11 - any recomendations for how much to increase screen height?

Buffeting is my main problem too and I'm only 5'7" It's sometimes so bad I get double vision. I've got some comfort bars to fit over the winter and they will stick my head up even further so I'm going to try the MRA screen with a flip.

Thanks for the info Steve.
Their screens still don't look very much taller than standard - although they look better than the standard one.
I might try to make a deflector/extension as I have acrylic bending facilities.

Is that after you were hit by the Kryptonian meteor shower?
