I've been looking at a couple of HP2 sports here,with about 30K but read 50,000km service stipulates changing the conrod bearings and piston,and head gasket??.

30k miles rebuild you say? That's about another 24 years in my case then

Depends on how the bike has been used.
Same here, will take me many years to get to 50k on the HP.

That basement looks familiar, Is it not Imperial Wharf ? if so I agree you will never get to 30k with the environment around there
