warning light

A mate as just bought a 1200gs and it has a warning come up saying "lampsr" any thoughts as to what this means.

Rear light. Check if all the rear lights work.

LampF is front.

As tanner man said it means that the rear bulb gas blown. But can be difficult to tell as if it's the tail light, not the brake light then the computer sends a lower current to the brake light so that it runs as a standard tail light ( iirc)
