Laser pipes - where to buy?

Post by Gromit »

I've just been browsing the Laser website and seen the most fanriffically* gorgeous pipe for the 11R. Even comes with a quiet/loud insert which'll be very handy.

Now that our good friend Barry at Lind is no longer our source of all stuff Laser, where does one get this stuff from??

Thanks for any info as I need one of these beauties. :)

I've just ordered mine through CW Motorcycles in Dorchester (01305 269370). They are even going to fit it during my 12K service :D

Richard

Before I brought the cat eliminator through Barry, I checked the price with South London Motorcycles. They can get the Lazer exhausts, they just do not stock them.

lazer Pipes

Post by a-jay26 »

Hi there,

I think I got my pipes from a company called sport moto can't remeber the number but I can get it if you wish

BUT NOTE!!!!
Those baffles at the end of the can are a b*****d to try and get out. I was told to drill the welds out but I didn't want to do that to a £600 set of cans!! So I got my dremmel out and ground them away then poked a thin blade screw driver between the baffle and can to snap the weld....pulled them out and smoothed the damage......The result......hardly worth the bother...If I was you just leave the dam things in!!

sounds a wee bit better but not much

Have fun

There's a link on the Laser site that shows suppliers in all countries. Might be cheaper to import them from the States :?

You may be right Captain,
if anyone is interested get in touch with robert foster on 718-468-4680 (USA) or Robert@FosterRAD.com.
They have a sale with the Boxer Cup system I at $900 and the system II at $1475 until end April.
All information is available on the pelican board under 1100S items for sale.

Richard, the importer Sport-Moto are on 01926 485101 and I believe the guy's name was Martin Jones. If they are still the importers/trading I don't know. Hope that helps :)

Cheers

Paul.
