i'm gonna be going to the continent on my bike later this year and wondered if there was any where else like the nurburg ring where you can just turn up and pay and do a couple of laps. i've already done nurburg ring and wouldn't mind having a go at some where else.

AFAIK the 'Ring is indeed unique in this way.

although you might be able to blag your way onto some of the tracks deep in the old Eastern block.

The road from San Pedro to Ronda in Andulucia Spain is tops, warm, smooth, and FREE! Get the timing right and it's surfing all the way for about 24 K's just check a map and look at the squiggles which will give you some idea of what's in wait for you.
