My dream garage would be more like a hanger 60mx50m, cavity wall insulation, mezzanine floor at one end with office and kitchen facilities, the floor would be smooth concrete, painted light blue. Under the mezzanine floor goes the machine shop ---- nothing too fancy, just a mill, lathe and a drill stand.
To put in it id start with a ex military gazelle helicopter, an aston martin v8, bentley continentel (old shape- dark green with tan leather, floor change). Bikes, well there'd be at least six, a k1200r for looning, an xr 650/400 + a 250 gas gas for trials and off road. Add in a couple of classics ie a rob north bsa rocket 3 and a750 MV air cooled -- you know the one with the 4 black curved pipes and shaft.

Heaven

I guess I'll be working for another couple of years yet !!!

...geez...never thought about nice cars in my dream garage...
...but ; since last Friday we added a 'new' one...

...officially my wife's car ; but I bought it. She even didn't knew I did that...; I came home with a 'well darling, listen...' surprise...

...I always had a soft spot for (original) GTI's in general ; and now we (or I...) added one to the stable...
...already in there : a pristine 1988 Mini Red Hot with a modified Innocenti Cooper 1300 engine...(bought the Mini new in 1988 !)...

...'her' Golf IV GTI 1.8 Turbo, with all kinds of nice goodies...

...my Limited Edition Red Hot...

Sheesh! that does sound nice, like something out of a Clive Cussler novel!
If enough is enough and more is better than too much should be just about right.

OK I've given this some thought...

PDQ Battlemax
Britten V1000
Bimota Tesi 2D
Quasar
Radd MC2

Though I guess any 5 funny front ended beasties would be OK.
