I'm 6"3 and it's fine. far more comforatble than a pan (can't get my legs behind the fairing). definitely good on the legroom front compared with most bikes :D

Hi,

I am 6' and had a standard R1100S which was fine, but I find my R1100SS Boxer Cup replica sometimes a bit tall as it is fitted with sports suspension back and front. Really suit a taller person like you

Oh!, BTW, it's for sale

See bits and Bobs. but bear in mind the price stated there is not what I would accept and am up for a deal.....

Hi John - I'm 6'4 and I find mine extreemly comfy - I've fitted some lowered pegs though. I've done a lot of mileage on the old girl and she fits me perfectly

Blimey, 'tis the Land of the Giants!
You might want to try a taller screen other than that there seems to be room!

6'3" here.

The S is good for 100 miles before it hurts, 130 before I have to get off, fill up and do it again.

Hi bars and peg lowering kit add more room/comfort. I've got the hi bars but never fitted them and did run the the lower pegs on a previous S.

I'm 6'6" and find it comfortable, could do with the bars being further away but that's the same on most bikes.

Can any of you tall chaps recommend a tall screen for tall people? I find the standard one is a pain at, ahem, motorway speeds. It's the wind blast on my shoulders that's the worst bit.

I'm over 6'4 and absolutely loved the 1100s.
Only back problems that made me get rid, but prior to that did 500-700 mile days with no fuss. Bloody great bikes for tall people
