Just been browsing around a bit and came across this - definitely reckon it's a mock-up but this is certainly the model of BM I've been waiting for. Always been a fan of the roadsters ever since my first R1100R back in '98.
Apparently there's due to be some gen on it in the comic tomorrow.

Wouldn't have thought it was to far from the truth, the Rockster needs a replacement

Yup - interesting thing is will BMW make it another 'quiet man' of the range a la R1100R & 1150R or something more lary like a Speed Triple/Tuono type machine?
My money's on the latter - but perhaps with the GS mill.

Yep, looks like an updated Rockster to me, with a Speed Triple'y rear end.
Hope they do it in the same subtle colours as the exising Rockster....... I really like the Lime and Orangey ones
Wonder if James will get one to replace his knackered beasty ???

Cheers

That's the current plan
(although would like to test the Boxercup and 1150GSA again before I decide).
Will NOT be getting a 1200, the engine just doesn't interest me.

Spring is in the air (well maybe..) cos Grommit's bike changing hormones seem to be kicking in again. 'Just browsing around a bit' he says. Right!
Welcome back James. On the mend?
Harry.
