...with another S :D

Just put a deposit down on an '02 S - Mandarin, ABS, Remus pipes and original, heated grips, another set of panniers, can't remember the rest :D

Cool. It'll feel good to be back on two wheels.

The Givi rack is still sat at the end of the garage

Seeing as it's a mandarin S can I also interest sir in a matching baglux tank harness? :D

Adam :)
Forgive me father for I have sinned... ex S owner moved onto pastures new with four cylinders and a chain... and back to a twin, albeit in a V.

That's great Andy - glad it was still there.

So when will sir be back on 2 wheels exactly?

Feels great - slight amendment though... it's Titan / Silver not Mandarin.... I must have just been giddy with excitement when I wrote that :D

I agree in certain circles on here it sems black is maybe the fastest colour but silver is the classiest.

Sorry guys but the truth is that Mandarin is THE FASTEST colour and until someone produces a ticket with more than 145mph I'll stand by my statement!! Reckon its about time for a return to Elvington

IF Herrman is right maybe the rest of should bid on a full set of yellow (sorry mandarin) plastics that are for sale on ebay in germany. still think silver is the classiest colour, it looks ok on a volvo as well when the wife washes it!!

Yes please!!! :)

I reckon my Hog's good for a genwine 120mph* - just need confirmation of it (it goes off the clock now, the speedo needle reaching where 130 would be)...on a private road of course. Trouble is, it now runs out of revs in top gear.

*Doesn't sound much I know...but it has only got 2 valves per cylinder and pushrods. Does sound bloody wicked though :?

I've said it before, and I'll say it again! marrakesh red is THE FASTEST COLOUR ( as opposed to DDP ) and I'll challenge anyone to prove different on our spring break to beautifull North Wales

come and have a go if you think your man ( or woman enough )

( that should drum up some more interest )

Sorry to disagree with you but...................................with out doubt the fastest looking R1100S is the Randy Boxercup rep which looks f***** fast even standing still in the garage!!

Everone whose seen my new pride and joy says what a fantastic looking bike it is. Well chuffed.

That is not to say that I will be challenging Boxered at the spring rideout, gulp!
