Well I'm new on this site with an itch to scratch. I'd virtually given up riding and sold all my biking stuff. Then tripped over a very nice Honda vfr800 (99) . 18months later I'm bored with the Honda and want to go back to boxers. ( I've owned several in the past from air heads to my last bmw 1150 gsa)
So I'm on the look out for a nice 1100s

I shall spend this winter looking for the right motorcycle
I'm in no rush
there's nothing wrong it my vfr, just I'm always changing the fleet members.
I have returned to classic cars ( morgan) and that's never being sold
(I've waited 60yrs to get that )
I only bike in fair weather these days
I've missed the boxer foibles

I've a strange taste in bikes......see below

My late mother treated me 3yrs ago via inheritance, The car is called " little jeannie" in her memory. I've waited 60yrs, to own one

I'm keeping this car until I can't drive anymore
My wife also loves the car.
As a result of health issues ( also inherited from my mother!

) diabetes
I don't ride that much these days but enjoy the car

as and when I sell my vfr for an 1100s it will be my last bike

Still looking for the right bike

but
I'm in the middle of a large building project so may give up unless I trip over a nice and more local private sale.

So I sold the viffer and defected to motoguzzi sport

Well I'm still on a motoguzzi sports but I think I shall be back looking for an 1100s over this winter.

I like the guzzi and love the 'gulf motorsport ' colours but still hanker a ct Tunneruk special 1100s

but it's back k to a vfr800i or a bmw 1100s for me
