If this was quasi FB there would be an 'unlike' button.

As the guys above have said, hope things work out one way or the other - and that both of those ways are good.

Well timed posting, PB, I am booked in the WP for Friday and Saturday. I will now back-read the posts to find out whether there is a slowmo, old chap section for the ride on Saturday.

Am I allowed to eat with the grownups on Saturday, Hermann ?? Is there a list of founding fathers attending? A couple of "old" names seem to be quiet?

Watcha, mate. I don't know how many rooms are left, I was offered a twin or double so there must be at least one, but get booked quick 😄.
Love to Lady C and I look forward to swapping outrageous stories in Llangollen 👍👏

Hi Huw,

There's not as many coming this year so it'll probably be just the one ride out, not too spirited which should be ok with most.

Steve, I know that I am being selfish, but I am delighted to hear that, particularly if the old crowd are going to be there, starting with the Flash boys who will still take the Michael out of me re glasses, trays and antique tiles!!

P.S I was only joking about the slow ride 😄👍

What time are you starting out on Saturday morning Steve?
I guess I will need to get there in time to book into the hotel and choose from the menu before the ride out starts?
