Send your kit to the hotel by parcel2go. then get it collected afterwards.

*Contact the hotel and ask them to receive and store the bag
*Send the stuff a week before (to make sure it gets there with time to have a contingency - should it not)
*After the weekend - arrange for the courier to pick up from the hotel on Monday.

It ain't expensive. Stoney did it at Moffat last time - when he brought his Fireblade (albeit - on the back of a truck :? )

Looks like everyone is waiting to see who else is going before booking as numbers look a bit down this year. We are in OZ at the moment but at the moment, but intend coming up.
