it's not just you Dai ... sadly it's the norm nowadays and also sadly is that people have to justify themselves for fear of being cast as rascist just for pointing the injustices outs. :(

thing is, to me half the time it's not racist, as in any objection to someones race.

I do however have lots of objection to someone attempting to foist their religious beliefs on me (of any denomination of sky fairy), which has nothing to do with race. I just generally loathe religion and all it brings out in the human race. It also confuses me how they mix it in with race 'cos it's nowt to do with it.

This sort of thing winds me up to the point of almost having a heart attack
I can't watch the likes of 'Road Wars' etc on telly box as I just want to throttle the morons (& that includes any stoopid cops).
But there are good cops out there too, My wife recently witnessed a pretty bad accident, and the lad & lass who came round to get her statement were very polite/efficient.

I'm old school for justice, Bring back the birch as far as I'm concerned. And I feel totally justified in that opinion, as I saw the c**t who glassed me 25 years ago get a punitive fine & a wrist slap  Wife also got a hard time in the witness box many moons ago after a drunk driver knocked her off her bike, The driver got off with it :?:

Ok, away to have calming cuppa..........

excellent!

perhaps if we had a little less "justice" and a little more punishment there'd be more respect for our legal system

You need to read some better papers.

By which I mean, why does the word "Sudanese" appears in the Telegraph?

Pretty irrelevant given that the guy is a paedophile, right?

And why does the word "Muslim" appear in the Telegraph article? Pretty irrelevant again. Simply "upbringing", or "religious upbringing" would do, right?

But no. The right wing press *will* insist on stressing the membership of any minority group that the offender might be associated with.

So we have a "motorcyclist" in the final example. Not a motorist. I guess he must have been male, white and probably not even a Catholic. Otherwise they'd have chucked that into the headline.

"Muslim, Sudanese, gay, communist motorcyclist....etc."

And when was the last time you saw "Lifetime Tory, Church of England, white, middle class male convicted of...."

No. That would be presented as "Man convicted of...."

And that's how the racists work, chaps.

You have completly missed my point the judicial system is as much at fault as these offenders in my honest oppinion i feel the judges concerned should be put against the wall and bl00dy shot as well as the offenders.

Jumping on the politically correct bandwagon calling me racist because i want to see justice done is beyond me, the first two offenders both used religion in their defence and that is why it was mentioned in the articals

Biting my tounge[spelin] more than a bit here the "motorcyclist"[chav, pikey, scum, enter your own word] with 45 motoring convictions should have been locked up years ago and is no more a motorcyclist than this cup of coffee i'm drinking

If this makes me racist so be it, it's not the first time i have been called that word and i don't find it offencive but i would like to point out i have never been called racist by anyone that's not white and from a middle to upper class background[or think they are]

"Sudanese paedophile cannot be deported over fears he would be 'persecuted' in home country".

There has to be something written to elaborate on the case, surely?

It is entirely relevant to state what country he is being deported to.
