Pity you have to wait until December.

Nice one Motostratos
I'm glad you enjoyed the bike. It truly is a work of art, ain’t it?
MCN called the HP2S a Marmite bike in there test last week. Well, I hate Marmite, but I think my HP2S is absolutely delicious (apart from the fragile belly pan
).
December is a long time to wait. But at least you’ve had a taste of what’s to come

Yonkyo - all your reflections/musings on the HP2S are all absolutely spot on, in the other thread, so no need to pass similar judgment here
I was fortunate to have the bike for a whole day, on a variety of different roads and it will definitely make a fantastic real world sports bike.
Glad to hear that your are enjoying yours so much, but very sorry to hear about your belly pan issues.

next time you take it out, both meet up and swap the belly pans over

Hmmmm....
Trouble is, I would lose the £1100 excess charged by the dealer
However, that would still be a £300 saving on what Yonkyo has been quoted for a new one !!

Chris (Boxerscott) and I met a lad taking one out for a test ride from Pidcocks on Saturday (Pidcocks have one on loan from BMW apparently) - he seemed well-impressed with the short time he had with the bike.
Pidcocks have a super-clean Mk 2 BoxerCup Replika in just now - Think it has about 9,000 miles on it. Priced at £6,500
They haven't got it listed on their website yet, though.
