I've seen a couple of mentions of teflon lubricant additives and protective waxes recently. Has anyone had any experience of these, and are they worth it or just another way of parting us from our cash?

There's an ad in the BMW club mag, I've emailed them about the polish as my usual polish only seems to work for a couple of washes then I'm back to chipping the flies of again
