We are off to ride route 66 in 2 months time with Eagle riders on Harleys, damage to bikes/3rd party is sorted,at some cost but our own travels insurance company won't cover us for riding bikes (dangerous sport) any one know of any "specialist" broker or similar who can offer us medical cover

Amazing , I've called various companys and no one seems to want to know, best - and most common reply - was organize it with the (US) "tour opperator" I desperation I rang my BANK (!) who offer travel insurance, and guess what, no problem . various requirements (which we meet) eg. full bike licence for 3 years, wear a helmet, no major traffic convictions etc. and the cost FREE! so well done nat west

its amazing what great deals you get through banks nowdays,i`ve saved loads changing pollices with the bank rather than go with so called insurance companies.
