Left the disc lock on and my pristine carbon mudguard (made of Andrex by the flimsyness off it) now has a lovely crack in it.
Moral of the story...........................don't be a twat. Hey ho.
All problems can be fixed with the correct application of a big enough hammer.
hey ho! been there, seen it, done it. just put your shagged mudguard on e bay, some body else is bound to have shagged theirs worse than yours so will buy it, then put the £1.59 you recieved for your old one towards the new one & tie a knot in your hankie to remind you to remove your disc lock in future!

packed the bike on the beach with the disclock on.
than spent all day at the beack. completely forgot about it.
started up. 1st gear - clutch out and BANG!..
i thought i ripped the brake off...but luckely for me i only destroyed the ABS sensor holder loop...and my bike does not have ABS!
Moral of the story!
