Can anyone supply a web address for someone who sells the front engine protectors. This is a carbon look product that glues to the front of the engine and protects against stone damage. They look pretty good and are a good way of cleaning up the front of the bike.

Cheers

I'd be surprised if motorworks don't do something for it?

Thanks Guy's. I'll investigate although for £56 I think I'd rather leave it looking knaff.

Cheers

I got one from ebay. They are on there all the time, usually about £25. £56 is a joke. Basically a sticky bit of carbon (?) sheet cut to size. It does the job but the edges don't stay stuck down when the engine heats up. Better than nothing maybe. Very surprised that area doesn't have a plastic cover like the area above. After all it's right in the way of the flying debris.

I just use a fender extender. My engine cover is in pretty good nick.

Use some thick stickback plastic for the bellypan. Replace that prob once a year as dirt does get in eventually.

Bike is 5yrs old and done about 15K. Avoid riding over gravel and you shouldn't have any problems. I certainly wouldn't pay £50 notes for a bit of 'carbon look' plastic. Bloody hate the stuff.
