Hi All
My yearly plea for kind donations
This will be my third (and of course last) London Marathon
Running it with a couple of friends so we have a joint site:
http://www.justgiving.com/caramichelleandlee
Just put it up so no donations as yet - but don't be shy
Training is killing me (just a little 14 miler yesterday) if it helps - I do work hard at this and don't just turn up on the day
Aiming for 4 hours - but ridiculously large, flat feet and too many motorcycle 'incidents' are holding me back
Anyway - all the best, Lee.

Cheers Geoff ...
PM me your address - I have some overlanding books and DVDs that you may want to skim / disregard during your 'planning'.
Thanks for the donation as well - I give with one hand and take with the other
All the best, Lee.

Don't worry, you are not the only daft one in the group. I am running London for the second time and supporting Barnardo's.
How's the training going? Are you doing any half marathons before - I am at Reading on 2nd March.
Keep going and forget the blisters.

Hi Pete
Training is always a bit of a killer (aches and pains telling me to stop!) ... following the Runners World training for 4 hour time. I am also doing a series of 10k x-country races and probably the Kingston breakfast run (16 miles).
All good fun innit ... dear oh dear.
Cheers, Lee.

You are more than welcome.
Now get out there and do some training
Anything more than 4 hours dead and I want a refund
Ride like your life depended on it.

If they let me enter on the Boxer I could almost gaurantee it ... apparently, it is "not in the spirit of the event"

Lee,
Could you pass on details of Kingston - I might give it a try myself.

Hey Pete
Try this link ...
http://www.humanrace.co.uk/index.shtml
It's a little bit down the page.
Just realised it's on the 30th March and I am away! Bugger.
I can recommend it - nice route along the river - shame it's two laps (you can do the 8 or the 16 miler).
You get a mug too - which makes it all worthwhile
