blind spot/big blind spot

with all the blurb in the m/c press about blind spots/large pillers in cars etc.
Our firm has just recieved its latest 7.5 tonner with eu mirrors, ie a mirror for ever spot, kerb, in front of cab, n/s wide angle, o/s wide angle, more mirrors than posh spice needs. fine. but it leads to one very big blind spot where the mirrors sit on the n/s.
I was taught to move my head to improve vision when approaching jcts to rectify blindspots but to be honest with the new mirrors the only way to do this is to get out of the cab or so to speak.
Their is now one very large blindspot on some new lorries that can swallow up a bike, so be aware
