mapsource 2008

hello everybody,was wondering if anyone knows any info on the new v 10 version of mapsource and is it worth upgrading to it or know of any problems pertaining (like that word 
) to it ,I have the v 8 version and know the v 9 had a lot of bugs and missing areas to it so what do the techy's out there think as I'm not too bright on the units (2610) impresive abilities and just use the basic find route ,hotel ,fuel and that sort of stuff .Oh and I've recently been told if traveling in Spain the local plod will hit you with an on the spot fine if travelling with a ear piece in your lug hole from sat nav or whatever ,dunno if thats correct or not but maybe some one out there knows the right of it ,thanks all ,Don
