Bought an 04 BCR and cannot adjust the front suspension. It seams stuck. Was going to get the grips on it but just wondered if anyone as had this problem and if there was a correst way to sort.

Well first assuming it isn't stuck, you won't get any change out of the front stock anyway, fully wound on or off mines always been the same, easy way, take the ajust knob off the top with all the gubins, undo the bottom bolt, put a car jack under the engine to take the tension off the shock and it'll just drop out,it'll be a lot easier to work, just don't raise your hopes about the lack of movement, you'll need an Ohlin for similar for that.

Cant adjust mine either, though with me its because it aint there anymore, adjuster knob fell off on the M4 one day, dont really miss it, couldnt tell the difference from one extreme to the other anyway

Hey i have to say mine really makes a difference, when its one way (hard) it stops the up and down movement when on and off the throttle, and when i turn it the other way (soft) it really moves up when hard on the throttle.
makes a big difference!
it turns nice and clicks as it goes!

Mine makes a big difference as well budman,it works as it should and if it doesn't theres a fault maybe a squirt with wd40 might help?

Mine works. If I have it on the soft settings then I can feel the bike run wide of corners - well that's what the feeining is like. Tightened it back up soon afterwards.

yep, 52 plate with 18k on clock ... used every day since in my possession ... adjuster does nothing whatsoever ... I assume it is jammed full on as when I undo it it just becomes loose.
Rubbish bikes
