Pulsing front brakes

When the front brakes started pulsing today, i though yet another warpped disc, only replaced the last one this time last year.. However, it only pulses at heavy braking... Could this be the brakes grabbing??? Using standard BMW discs and EBC organic pads... Had the bike standing for over a month whilst it was being repaired, but there is no evidence of major rusting....
Also.. does anyone out there not use loctite on the disc mounting bolts, it seems a little excessive... I know it is needed on the pivot bearings else they shake loose but disc bolts???

I put some PFM cast iron disks on to replace my warped SS originals - they were ok for a while then I got the pulsing back at high speed - asked Motorworks for their most abrasive pads and now (after a short period of use) the pulsing is going off - don't know why, maye uneven wear of the disks or sommit

As Jason said - it's probably uneven wear and with some more abrasive pads (Get EBC HH) it may fade.

Mine has standard disks and standard pads and started to pulse at 6000 miles, they carried on pulsing until about 18,000 miles and now at 21,000 are pulse free.... go figure?

I mainly do motorway miles and am very easy on the brakes so I find it hard to believe I warped them.
