Triangular plate under the engine.

I have one but not fitted at present but clearly was when the bike was used by MCN. Is it vital, what's it there for?

I think it's there for the centre stand to rest against when folded up. Usually trashed at the time the bike is humanely de-catted.

You really need only two tools: WD-40 and duct tape. If it doesn't move and it should, use WD-40. If it moves and shouldn't, use the tape.

yes I asked what that was for a while ago, still don’t know, and I didn’t put it back on after removing my cat. Dont think its for a centre stand as my BCR never had a centre stand fitted!
I would also like to know what it is if anyone knows!

It's just a bit more support for the heavy cat, junked mine along with the cat.

Thanks Chaps I'll take a look and see if I think I need to refit.
