You really need only two tools: WD-40 and duct tape. If it doesn't move and it should, use WD-40. If it moves and shouldn't, use the tape.

Paul - so you're weaning yourself off the baby poo colour gradually towards a much more attractive (and faster) silver - If you spin the wheels fas enough perhaps some of that yellow might come off and clean them up a bit too
