I have a just a grey 1100s and want to brighten it up a bit. I am going to put a belly pan on but want some decals for the rest of the bike, big bold things as I like to stand out if you know what I mean.
Any ideas as to where I can get anything.
PS
I am a tight bugger and the even though I love my bike I cannot spend more on it than I do on the wife. So anything around two bunches of flowers worth will be fine.

Well you have to start off with a couple of large Boxertrix stickers available from this site at a reasonable price, and I'm sure ebay will turn up the rest ( no flames please)

Well tying a bunch of flowers to each mirror stalk should brighten things up pretty well :flower:

Seriously, though (no, that wasn't serious) the pheonix grey bikes are the classiest of the lot and really don't need anything doing to them other than perhaps a few tastefully-chosen replacement carbon parts. But if you don't agree you could always consider buying a replacement set of fairings - you know, one of those awful, garish yellow and grey designs...... I can't imagine there's much demand for them so they'd be cheap and you'd probably get FAR more money selling your grey ones so your bike would be in credit

yes... dont do the AA colour scheme as it makes the bike go slower as they are always stopped at the side of the road, having been flagged down by stranded motorists!

The 4th emergency service? er No.

You could try some of those handlebar tassles, ala cruiser's

I also have a grey bike and I'm thinking of tarting it up with some red panels, maybe red wheels....can't think of anything else that goes with it, otherwise cheapest option is the boxertrix stickers.
ignore the black and mandarin brigade, they just don't know!

If you really want to add other colours you might consider a sort of burnt orange (e.g. R247,G172,B45) which goes OK with pheonix grey. I only know because those are our company colours and I was playing around with bits of stationery on the bike...... I reckon red's a bit "in yer face".

Still prefer it grey, grey and grey, though.

Sproggy I think your'e right about the orange, a better mix with grey. happened to pass a BSM school car which uses those colours. hopefully won't be confused as rider in training!
