Nice to see a few R1100S's and R1200S's in the bike park behind Redgate at Donington at the weekend, although never managed to see any of the riders to say hello as made it out of the circuit pretty sharpish.
Did follow a late model BCR with hard luggage and a pillion out of the circuit almost straight after the finish of the second WSB race but never managed to get along side to say hi. Anyone from here??
As for the racing, well done JT in the first race, although would have been nice to see him beat TB fair and square. The second race lost its main interest a bit early but the ending was as close as they get.

Not sure who TB is
but hope he recovers quickly ( was he one of the bikers who went off at Redgate?) Saw some great 1100s's there myself, one had a two tone paint job pearlescent blue/purple.Liked it . Still, had to leave to get back to Camborne in Cornwall. Bike racing is one of the few things I miss about my 10 years living in Brum!

I love my R1100S!

Wasn't it great when he won the last motoGP last year as a guest rider?
His hand got stuck under the engine as he slid down the road, so his finger got ground away. Nothing to stich back on, so it was operated on to ''make it tidy''.
He asked to delay the Op and get some pain killers, so he could get back for the second race. Hard as nails.
