R1200S Price reduction

I've just looked at the BM website and it looks like they've reduced the price down to £8361 (from £8955). I'm pleased I didn't pay full retail for mine. It's not a bad price now.

That may be because they have shown the K1200R sport, which will be my next bike. They have even made the headlight similar to the S. The R1200S has hit a limited market, those who do not want luggage or a pillion and those who have long legs. When I replace mine, next year, I will want the K1200R sport.

I just checked the BMW website [USA] and did not see a price reduction on R1200S..sure hope it is true, just sent in my order..
