Hi I'm 13st 10.....87Kg.....is anyone a similar weight to me.....and what settings do you use for the rear suspension, in terms of number of turns on the wheel?
the bike is handling a bit strangely, doesnt particurlarly like fast sweeping corners at more than 70mph..and gets a bit skitty, if you know what i mean.
any thoughts gratefully accepted!

Stating the obvious here, but you have checked tyre pressures and that you've no play in the paralever/swingarm bearings?
Unless you've lost oil out of the rear shock, I don't see why the handling should have deteriorated suddenly.

Hi
Ditto what bailey said.
What condition are the tyres in,squared off etc?
If all is well, then put the shocks back to the standard settings. The information on the number of turns and rebound damping settings can be found in your bike user handbook. This should be a good baseline to start adjusting from.

Sounds more like a lack of rebound damping (assuming tyres are OK as others have suggested) than preload needing adjusting. If it was previously OK and, without any fiddling, no longer is then I'd suggest the demise of the rear damper. How many miles has it done?
