I've got a pair of the carbon TBR cans on mine, a bit loud but not offensive. Got pulled for me number plate a while back and there was no mention of the cans.

Do you have the 45 degree ovals or the rounds? as our luvly beasties have cans that are like a 90 degree oval, I was trying to figure out whether the oval or rounds were the best shape to possibly go for.
And at £450 ish for a pair of slip-ons doesn't sound to bad

I'm pretty sure that the cans on ebay are my old ones.They used to be in carbon.
They were so bad I gave them away to a guy from the yahoo group called Andy Griffiths.Don't know if he's migrated to this group yet(or has even still got an S).He kindly donated a case of cheap french lager....which I thought was about twice what they were worth!
When I parted company with them the carbon had several large holes due to the fact I never had the correct brackets!
The workmanship on these cans was like the stuff I did in Metalwork at school.
They used to make my bike run like a pile o shite...something to do with the gas flowing or lack of!!
I'd steer well clear.

Anyone on the lookout for a pucker race system should strongly consider the 2 part Arrow Titanium unit.I've had mine a year now.Done 50K miles so far.Supposed to repack every 5K....keep reminding myself it needs doing....but just love the way it bangs and pops on the over-run 
I posted some pics on the yahoo group a while back.
Cost was £700.00 delivered to the door thru B&C Express.

ps.the only other units I've seen that impressed me are Staintune and Chris Cannings JHP one off....lurvely!

I got the round ones. The oval ones have an over lapped seam on the top which didn't look like it would last long. The round ones are a continuous woven tube, doesn't look like your normal CF mat. You can see a pic of them on my site. They will need repacking often to keep them in good shape. If you don't want the hassle then go for the titanium ones instead. Also, the fitting kit may need to be modified a little if they haven't changed the design. The numberplate bracket was a weak point and they also tended to vibrate loose from the mounting before I fitted a couple of hose clips to keep them in place.
As Bailey says, the Arrow system is a tasty bit of kit and probably better value for money, but I don't know if you can get the cans separately.

No you can't;it's a 2 part system the end cans do not line up with a standard mid section/cat replacer.
It's very similar in design to the Vanderlinde except all the tubing and welds is in SS.

have you had your TBR's repacked yet? If so where and how much? and how do you know when they need it? ta.
(Minivin, mine are the round ones too. They sound gorgeous but I was a bit disappointed with how the front ends have furred up - not that you can see that when fitted. The corbon bits are also a work of art
no pun intended! The neighbours don't seem to mind too much as the sound is quite deep compared to the village loony's Akrapovik. Their windows tend to vibrate rather than crack
