I am after a Denso 40A (part number 12.31-2 306 280). Has anyone got one for sale, please? I tried Motorworks, but they didn't have one in stock when I checked, same with Sherlocks

Were there any extras like VAT and import duty added on that you had to pay prior to taking delivery? Just be interesting to know in advance what the final price is before ordering. There are a lot of tempting bits over there.

Yes, I paid $53 for the alternator and with import duty and shipping it came to £93. It arrived in a week, which i was really pleased with, too.
