For heaven's sake, don't tell anyone about the secret handshake...
You really need only two tools: WD-40 and duct tape. If it doesn't move and it should, use WD-40. If it moves and shouldn't, use the tape.

Jesting aside tho' the Golden stickers are a small thank you to the select band of 'Trixters who take on the pain and pleasure of organising a weekend outing for the group. Nothing more, nothing less. Without the sterling efforts of these brave folks, we wouldn't get to meet up.
