Lagavulin ..

sitting here sipping my fave scotch, reminds me of the trip I took with Andy Gear (of this parish) to the distillery a few years ago... each sip I can now place the distillery, with the sea lapping at the shoreline and the castle ruins in the bay. Many may dismiss it as fanciful, but to me it rounds the dram. It makes the taste, the flavour morph into a memory which is beyond satisfying.... circles completed. Rarely do we complete circles, my Lagavulin circles is completed
