Hi All attendees :)

The hotel is reminding us that if you require a meal on the Friday evening that you should book a table as they fill up fast.

I've taken the liberty of booking for me, Paul (admin), Paul Davies (tail end Charlie) and John (SP250) … so they needn't now book. Everyone else is advised to book quickly to ensure a place :D

The hotel has also asked us to pre order for the Saturday night group dinner they want this before 24th April if poss....


Choices are

Three course TDH menu @ £19.95

Starters

Cauliflower cheese soup with gruyere croutons V
Garlic mushroom and parmesan cheese crostini V
Ham hock terrine with homemade piccalilli, grain toast and Welsh butter
Smoked salmon, little gem and radish salad with caper and dill yoghurt. GF

Main Courses

Pot roasted Shropshire chicken with lemon, garlic and rosemary pearl barley and cavolo nero. GF
Roast hake, leeks & potato with tartare sauce.GF
Cumin roasted cauliflower and chickpea curry with boiled rice, garlic naan, poppadum’s and pickles. V, Vg

Desserts

Chocolate panna cotta with coffee sauce and milk ice cream GF
Osbourne pudding with clotted cream. V
Lemon meringue cheesecake with raspberry sauce. V
Welsh extra mature cheddar with homemade soda bread, red onion marmalade and Welsh butter V

You really need only two tools: WD-40 and duct tape. If it doesn't move and it should, use WD-40. If it moves and shouldn't, use the tape.
