R1200S Paddock Stand

Post by DPG »

I've always used an Abba stand for the BCR but the 12S sits way up high on it. Too high for oil changes really although its perfect for everything else.
I don't want to buy yet another Abba so I need a cheap rear paddock stand.
Any thoughts, comments, recommendations?
Price is an issue so "good for the money" is where I'm aiming. It's only for oil changes and jet washing the bike down. I can use the Abba stand for everything else..

I initially got front & rear paddock stands for my R12S, BUT after acquiring the Becker-Technik Service Lifter I wouldn’t be without it and probably never bothered with the paddock stands had I found it first. See http://shop.becker-technik.de/en/motorb ... ifter.html

Thought I’d finish buying things for my 12s but that lifter looks excellent, might have to get the cheque book out :D
