Reading a few threads on PistonHeads over a coffee or two, I dropped on this one -

Scroll down to the pic of the Derbyshire camera van. It was taken at the very top end of the Via Gellia out of Matlock Bath, while I was in the back of it having a brew with the operator - he'd just caught an MCN journo at warp factor 10 on, from memory, a then brand-new ZX-10R. The very same photo was produced in court as evidence of the 'unfairness' of laddo being pinged at a stupid speed. The bench was unimpressed - he had to walk home!

What about the "unfairness" of the visions the police and ambo's first on scene have to cope with when it all goes wrong!
