There was a very good write-up by one of our members about setting up the throttle bodies before the balance is done. I have searched on and off today for the thread trying various words but no such luck. All I can remember was a good description of how to set up the throttle body when disconnected and then the follow on steps. It was different to the zero-zero set up.
