Howdy,
Bought the hump from some random guy online about ten years ago. He said he'd picked it up in Europe. Probably zero performance benefit, but great for storage. Now it's developed a few cracks and I'd like to replace it. Can anyone tell me where it was made?

Howdy Dan,
I've never seen that model before. The only vaguely similar thing is the Corbin Smuggler, but I don't remember that being quite as big. Good luck trying to track down the source.
Do you not get complaints from your better half about bringing that dirty lump of wood into the kitchen to sit the side stand on?
Cheers,
Paul

It exists. Somebody made it at some point.
I can fix the thing. But I have a set of black body panels, and like to swap them out from time to time. Want a spare hump to match.

Harland and Wolff (Belfast) by the looks of it.

You can click on the British flag and get the site in English but I couldn't find anything relating to the seat hump. Might be worthwhile sending an e mail - most German companies have good English speakers but might be a long shot with the bike being out of production since 2005

They might have the mould at the back of the tool room somewhere. Get enough people together who prefer function over form

and you might be able to persuade them to run a small batch.
