HP2

Post by Beamerboy »

Hi Guys,
I saw post some while ago about a HP2 Sport for sale in Lloyds Carlisle although this was after I saw it on line. I went up to see it last Saturday and bought it. Will get the bike next Thursday. Hopefully will post some pictures soon. I know a few other members have one. Will look nice in the garage with the Randy Mamola BCR and R1200gs lc te. Feedback will be appreciated on the HP2.
Regards Rob :)

Very nice. I hope you'll be bringing it along to the Welsh weekend in April.

Cheers,

Paul
You really need only two tools: WD-40 and duct tape. If it doesn't move and it should, use WD-40. If it moves and shouldn't, use the tape.

All depends on usage, if track use then yes but normal road use should just be standard servicing

There's 4 on Autotrader and £13,995 is the lowest price with 14k miles, I think I'd go for the one at Bahnstormers, £16.5k 3.7k miles and 2 year warranty, where do I sign lol [smilie=balancing.gif]

Enjoy. Make sure the clutch isn't splipping (on my third in 14,000 miles). Not cheap to fix.

Hi all, thanks for the replies. The bike has 5,600 miles on it. I`m not getting it until Thursday. Lloyds are giving it a full service plus warranty etc, unfortunately I won`t be able to make the Welsh weekend this year as I told Steve last week. I think iv`e paid a fair price for it ( managed to negotiate with seller directly) although this is a non ABS model. looking forward to some nice weather!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Having just sold my BCR I'm currently looking at a couple of HP2 sports here any feedback from owners appreciated
Other option is a new R1200rs which with bells and whistles would be about $8,000 aud more.

I saw that bike when I was buying my RT. I have to say that I found Lloyds to be good to do business with.
