Possibly thinking of selling my RWB boxer cup rep to finance a silly purchase. 28k miles, good overall condition with brand new wilbers shocks front and rear brand new PR3 tyres, brand new rebuilt gearbox and clutch. Huge service history with all the handbooks. Full genuine BMW luggage.
Only downsides are that the belly pan has marks on it from general wear and tear and there's a mark on the underside of the rear right hand seat panel where I mounted the preloaded adjuster too close to the panel and it's rubbed through a small 10p sized bit of the top coat of paint. Also seat has a small mark and the back from pillion use.
Also got a remus Y piece big air filter and John's chip fitted.
Also got braided brake lines and brand new bedix pads. Does 6.5K sound about right?

Re: Speculative sale
No that don't seem right. That is a crap pitch you have submitted highlighting downsides. FFS do you really want to sell this ? "Johns chip" knocks a grand off straightaway who the fcuk is John? 28k miles and a brand new "re conditioned transmission" 20k too early if you ask me. Struth, get real Silly sale to support a silly purchase?roadburner wrote:Possibly thinking of selling my RWB boxer cup rep to finance a silly purchase. 28k miles, good overall condition with brand new wilbers shocks front and rear brand new PR3 tyres, brand new rebuilt gearbox and clutch. Fiat Panda.
Fiat Scudo (with speedblock, pipe carrier, reversing sensors, reversing camera, tow bar, some new rust and Fake Plumber logo)
started out with nothing, still have most of it left.

Thanks for the comments. As I said it's speculation at the moment. Yes I do realise about the gearbox, but it needed a bearing and I'd rather be honest. Price is possibly high. But by the time you all for haggling it'll end up about 6 which I reckon is about right for luggage and brand new wilbers.
You're probably right about the John's chip though.
