Seat cover for 12S

My seat cover is cracking on the side where it flexes. 200 odd Euros for a new seat seems ridiculous. Are there any alternatives out there?

Just put my seats into CBTS in Newark to have them recovered due to the sides cracking. Seems its to do with the cover being glued onto the foam meaning the foam can flex but the cover can't hence the split. He didn't seem to notice the 14 stone fat git standing in front of him with the seat to be covered

Any half decent vehicle upholster should be able to do that little seat.
I just had my Yamaha's dual seat recovered by a local guy for £110, and it's like an ironing board next to yours

Trouble is you have to get the pillion seat done as well to match the vinyl. The pillion seat is also glued to the foam to retain the distinctive shape, there is also stitching to be done on the rear seat as well. The glue sometimes means that the foam has to be re cut or replaced if the glue pulls sections of the foam out which it will do if not removed carefully.

I once had a corbin re covered which was just as intricate.
That was also glued to the foam.
Not a problem for the guy I used...
In fact it came back looking better than original
The OP didn't mention pillion seat.
Assuming his bike has one,I doubt it'll be worn.

Single seat unit? Looks much better but might be a tad more expensive
