Don't suppose anyone has any R1200S panniers in the shed needing to be sold? Got the mounting rack but the panniers are like rocking horse poo!

Yep they're cheaper from Germany - that's where I got both rack and cases from. Cases came with instructions for fitting locks etc but rack didn't. The bolts holding the footrests on are a little "delicate". If you go ahead and need the instructions let me know and I can copy them. It is pretty obvious how they fit but instructions have torque settings on the. there's a couple of plastic plugs to remove too. Be prepared for a bit of fettling fitting with the racks. I had 2 sets sent from Germany. On both sets the left hand rack was out of line. Although 1 or 2 other Trixters had no probs

Thanks chaps, fitted the rack without too many problems although you are right about the footrest hanger bolts!! Care needed there. I will probably go the Germany route £385 for the lot, got the rack for £40 so a good saving there thank god

are they the same as the F800 and K12/1300 ones? opens your search a bit more.

Pretty sure they are unique, but you're not the first to wonder - that's for sure.

You're right Al, realoem.com shows them as different part numbers to the F8S/GT or K12/13S ones.

I guess it's like the R11x0 panniers where the lids are the same but the backs differ on the GS to S models

Think about the position of the exhaust on the F and K bikes in comparison to the 12s
