You really need only two tools: WD-40 and duct tape. If it doesn't move and it should, use WD-40. If it moves and shouldn't, use the tape.

I had an e-mail from Bennetts insurance a week or so ago to tell me that they have been bought by the Saga Group, so I'm already with Saga - 3 years too early!
