R1100s 2 into 1 cat chamber

Post by boxerscott »

Can anyone tell me if the standard R1100s cat chamber is identical to the one that was fitted to the 04 rwb bcr version?

Second question is, the triangular underside mounting bracket shown in illustrations that supports the chamber to the underside of the crankcase, would that also be common to R1100s model and BCR variants?

Reason I ask is that I am putting my bike back to absolute standard as I am going to move it on. When I had the de cat done at Jeffries I could not be arsed to pick up the cat and ecu chip that came out of my bike  I managed to get a really inexpensive shiny new cat and chip (that may not be for a twin spark either!) from a clearout from Pidcocks on EBay but there exists no fittings apart from the frame pivot bushings. So before I start to put everything back together... thought I`d ask someone who knows....
