Mate cannot join??

Good mate of mine trying to get onto the site but its coming back saying his email address is banned.
Please can someone assist or advise

Paul - looked into this and can't find his username which is strange. Usually, even with a banned email, the account will appear in the admin panel where I can edit or activate it.
I'll have another search around.
Edit: Ok Paul, think I've sussed it - please let him know that he can have another go.
