Upside down engine

170 HP from 1814cc?

Seems to create a load of problems without solving anything. Different for the sake of it I suspect.

seems strange to put all the weight , crank etc , up high ,, everyone else is doing the opposite.

As well as how this arrangement affects the c of g, for better or for worse, I wonder how the gyro forces affect the bike?

Wouldn't mind a blast on it.

In their haste to copy someone else's idea, they forgot to design the forks the right way up.


Edit: is it just me, or does a bmw engine look just the same upside down?
