Faux Headlights

Was browsing the channels on Sat eve and happened upon WSB Super Pole, not looked in on this for ages and was wondering what the phoney headlight stickers were all about :? Is this a move to make the superbikes look slower than the crt bikes on the GP grid??

To make them look like the road bike they are trying to sell........

Ironic isn't it. On the road bikes have race pipes fitted, faux sponsor sticker clad fairings and riders with speed hump race rep leathers with knee sliders. :?
