Extended Warranty anyone?

Post by slparry »

Just learnt something new :) I was under the belief that you could only have BMW extended warranty if you'd taken it as a roll on from the OEM warranty or if you'd bought the bike from a BMW dealer. However, here

https://www.motorrad-warranty.co.uk/Login/Index

I entered the details of my BoxerCup and was surprised to find it was quoted for .... mmmmm now that's a thought, I do worry about the hassle involved with dry clutch replacement on oilheads

I did also consider it for the Mamola Steve but decided against it due to relative few horror stories. However I did keep it going on my 1200 GSA due to all the Final Drive issues.
