I think they came with chromed headers Nick, I believe it's an orderable option for GS's and RT's nowadays (may be wrong)

Mines a little different insofar as I,d love to build a bike from scratch. Something on the lines of a Featherbed frame (that guy in Wales) with a Triumph Bonneville or Harley Sportster motor. Café racer without the clip-ons....Decent suspension and as light possible........one day maybe.
