The bikes only got 3.5k on the clock so I think that the bolt ought to come off fairly easy. Thanks for the tip AC. I have some super penetrator spray stuff I used to use on my old track car. I used to spray it on the exhaust every day for a week before. They come off a treat. It really does work that stuff, but you have to give it time to work.

I'll get onto Motorworks for the new Y piece and I'll let you know what happens.

Try Boxer Design for the Zach Y pipe much cheaper than motorworrks[url]http://www.boxer-design.de/en/index.htm I ordered one from them although you have to set up a paypal account, it all went fine and arrived in about 5 days and was fairly easy to fit even for me and seems to make the bike rev quicker and sound a bit better. Highly recommended.
